Hi, I’m Christie

Christie is a scrumptiously sweet and sensitive little lady who is still learning about the world around her. She can feel unsure in new situations and will need a patient, understanding owner who is happy to give her time to settle and build confidence at her own pace. Christie is a cheeky little girl who loves to get the morning zoomies, playing with her toys and will never say no to cuddle once she's warmed up to you.
With kindness, consistency, and gentle encouragement she has come out of her shell so much in her time with us, and will continue to grow in confidence. She will benefit from simple daily structure, keeping her world small to begin with, and avoiding too much exposure all at once.
She would do best in a quiet home away from high-traffic, busy streets and is not well suited to apartment living. Ongoing basic manners training and a stable routine will help her feel secure.
Christie would be best suited to a home with older children or teens. She is open to a home with other dogs - ideally one that will play and match her silly play style!
